Stop 14 - Lewis & Sons Building

Stein & Talley department store, established in 1916 as the "Harrods" of Camarillo, offered a range of services under one roof. It housed a post office, sold shoes, clothing, and even had a meat market and grocery store with delivery service. Unfortunately, the store fell victim to the Great Depression and closed its doors in 1932.
