Stop 20 - Dorothy's

Established in 1944 as Carmen's Snack Bar, the restaurant later transformed into Dorothy's Chuckwagon, serving the community until 2022. Known for its cozy ambiance, the coffee shop was a popular spot for locals to gather. In the early 1960s, pivotal discussions about incorporating the city took place during numerous meetings held here.

Today, the building houses Azafran Restaurant, renowned for its authentic Colombian cuisine.

Original furniture from the 40's was removed when the Chuck Wagon closed in 2022
